1. Weekend classes will be held at the Muslim Association of Cleveland East (MACE) building located in Richmond Heights OH. (25900 Chardon Road) (216)-261-1413

2. Classes every Sunday (starting September 7th this year 2008)

Timings are 11 AM - 1:30 PM

3. Please make sure that you bring your child into the MACE building and sign them in; the habit of dropping children in �drive-by� fashion is not only un-acceptable but also unsafe.

4. Zuhr prayer jamaat will start at 1:40 PM. All parents are encouraged to stay for Zuhr prayer.

5. Classes calendar is attached. Please note the dates when no classes are held.

6. Please make every effort to ensure that your child arrives on time.

7. There are 5 classes. Childrenare placed in an appropriate level based on age, and discussion with the teachers. Level I, II, and III will be in the �old� building, and level IV and V will be in the �new� building.

8. Curriculum of instruction and learning objectives for each level are provided.

9. The minimum age for a child to be enrolled is 4 years (as of 9/7/08). This is meant to ensure that children are ready to take advantage of the reading and writing skills in the first level class.

10. The fee structure is as follows:

Checks should be made payable to �MACE�.
Waiver of fees on the basis of economic hardship are considered on an individual basis. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted.

11. Each week, there will be one volunteer to provide snacks, help in distribution, and stay in the building to assist as needed. A more detailed description of the tasks of the volunteer is attached.

A sign up schedule is posted in the Masjid and it is expected that each family will volunteer at least once a semester.
